We have an exciting opportunity for a People Development Administrator with excellent communication and customer service skills. Based at our TRAINING CENTRE IN LOUGHBOROUGH you will be responsible for general administration and reception duties. You will working within the Learning and Development team to support our network and their customers, providing excellent customer service and ensuring all expectations are met.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Working alongside the technical training manager
Answering the telephone and responding to emails
Reception duties throughout the day
Updating and amending of information screens within the training centre and dealer network
Updating and amending MyCompass (internal learning management system)
Administration of IRTEC licensing
Ensuring training courses are fully utilized
Issuing and administering certificates
Organising customer training, events and conferences (internal and external)
Updating and amending internal training/room planner
Invoicing of training and events
Use Systematic Management to document deviations and work on solutions to continuously improve
Chairing of weekly meetings as per rota
Ad hoc duties to assist the Technical Training Manager

Qualifications Required

Minimum requirements are a Grade '3' or equivalent in GCSE English Language and Maths.
