Simply Print London have customer service roles and are working with us to ?Train The Nation? so we can ?Build Back Stronger? after the Covid-19 pandemic.

Vacancy Detail

We are a really busy printing company that is expanding. You will be located in Central London. We are a nice bunch of people, happy and easy going but hard working. We are looking for the ideal person to be part of our amazing team! As we are now at a stage of expanding the company, we are looking for a person to join us that will want to grow and progress with us.

Our work ranges from the very small to the very big and we do everything from printing, finishing and binding - with the list increasing regularly.
You will help to run a fast growing printing company/internet operation which specialises in business printing, retailing business cards, leaflets, flyers and many other printed products. Your duties will be responding to sales emails, handling customer queries (including over the telephone) and helping in the smooth management and operation of the business. You will also be involved in printing jobs.

If the candidates are taken on on a permanent basis we are offering a salary between ?18,000 - ?20,000.

This opportunity includes 5 weeks of pre-employment training allowing you to learn the skills you will need to identify your future talent and unlock your potential within the workplace. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of PAID work experience to showcase your talents and what you have learnt from the course, get more familiar with the people in the company and the role, after which you will be offered a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW for a job role. During the 5 weeks of pre-employment training, you will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service along with improving your employability prospects, maths, English & digital skills, all of which are vital within any workplace and will help you feel well prepared for your work experience and the GUARANTEED INTERVIEW. Qualifications Required

That your highest qualification is at Level 3 or below.

Future Prospects

A GUARANTEED INTERVIEW for a live job role within the business.
If the candidates are taken on on a permanent basis the salary will be between ?18,000 - ?20,000. We are offering this wage to candidates whilst they are on placement also.

Other Information

The 5-week pre-employment training will be delivered online/face to face in a group with other applicants. The hours for the training are Monday ? Friday 9:30AM to 4:00PM. The 3-week work experience may have varying hours depending on business demand. All information will be provided during your Induction on your first day.
