Part of your day to day roles within the IT Business Development section will include:
Communicating with customers via audio and video, in person or via email with proposals and documents.
Learn how to understand clients needs and recommend the appropriate solutions
Learn how to update the pipeline and Sales forecasts
Learn how to update customers details and activities on the CRM System
Working with internal departments to deliver the end product.

Qualifications Required
GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)

Skills Required
Presentation Skills (Willingness to Learn and Present)
General knowledge of office IT packages
Confident individual to perform in the Sales environment.
Future Prospects
It is our vision that the apprentice, will evolve into a Junior Account Manager following the end of the Apprentice program, this will result in a commission based role which would to double their earning potential.
