Team Member - Customer Service

What is our aim?
?To grow, develop, inspire and offer opportunities to young people through itsu?s career path by delivering a traineeship that supports, mentors and allows self-development and learning in the workplace?

It has been a strange couple of years for people coming out of education, we strive to be a very inclusive place to work, and as such we are really excited about giving opportunities to young people, who are maybe looking for a new, first job or might be looking for some work experience to help them make their next career decision. We hope that you enjoy your time with us and get a lot from the experience.

What is the itsu traineeship:
Programme for 19-24 year olds who have just left school or college and are looking for work.
It is an official program with 5 weeks training by Remit before they join us.
The Traineeship is 3 weeks long, Monday-Friday and consists of 25hr weeks.
The trainees? shifts are 10-3pm unless trainee chooses different work time.
The 3 weeks are based in an itsu store. A 3-week training plan has been produced for the Trainee and shop to follow.
Trainees to be given ?100 credit on a travel card.
Trainees to attend training sessions in our Head office at the beginning and end of the program.

End of program:
At the end of the program, we will get together to see how the 3 weeks have gone and to get your feedback to see where we can make improvements for the future.
We hopefully will also be able to offer you a Full Time or Part Time position. If you decide you would not like to work with us or we are not able to offer you a position then we will provide you with the feedback, and a personal development plan which will hopefully help you with future jobs.

You will be responsible for preparing our delicious food in the kitchen and serving our loyal customers, whilst being part of a dynamic team that ensures our shops and kitchens are always at their best.

This opportunity includes 5 weeks of pre-employment training allowing you to learn the skills you will need to identify your future talent and unlock your potential within the workplace. Following on from this you will then complete 3 weeks of work experience to showcase your talents and what you have learnt from the course, get more familiar with the people in the company and the role, after which you will be offered a GUARANTEED INTERVIEW for a job role. During the 5 weeks of pre-employment training, you will be working towards a qualification in Customer Service along with improving your employability prospects, maths, English & digital skills, all of which are vital within any workplace and will help you feel well prepared for your work experience and the GUARANTEED INTERVIEW.
