Brief Description : Our esteemed client; Renovotec specialises in sourcing, developing and deploying mobile enterprise solutions for a wide range of markets. They are currently recruiting for three Customer Support Repairs Administrators to join their growing Customer Support team!

 

Vacancy Detail : Providing a first-class customer experience is one of Renovotec’s main priorities, so you will quickly become a vital part of the business.

You'll be supporting and dealing with all customer enquiries related to mobile computer hardware, software and industrial wireless networks. Their ideals candidates will need be a team players who will help out their colleagues whenever required!

Main Duties will include:

- Raising, updating and querying device repair requests (RMAs)
- Sending device repair quotations and receiving POs in return
- Arranging deliveries and collections to/from customer sites
- Answering customer queries on the phone or via email
- Ensuring all customer calls are logged using our support ticket system
Positions Available : 3
Working Week : Monday to Friday: 9:00AM - 5:00PM
Salary : £ 12,500.00 (Annually)

Future Prospects : After full completion of the program there will be a full time position available to the candidate if they demonstrate the right attributes and skills.
Training to be Provided : The qualification is aimed at individuals more advanced in their interpersonal skills and with experience of working with customers.
The Customer Service Specialist Level 3 qualification will include Function Skills at Level 2 unless exemptions apply.
Completion will lead to eligibility to join the Institute of Customer Service as an Individual membership at Professional Level.
