Brief Description

Our esteemed client; Renovotec specialises in sourcing, developing and deploying mobile enterprise solutions for a wide range of markets. They are currently recruiting for three Customer Support Repairs Administrators to join their growing Customer Support team!

Vacancy Detail

Providing a first-class customer experience is one of Renovotec?s main priorities, so you will quickly become a vital part of the business.

You'll be supporting and dealing with all customer enquiries related to mobile computer hardware, software and industrial wireless networks. Their ideals candidates will need be a team players who will help out their colleagues whenever required!

Main Duties will include:

- Raising, updating and querying device repair requests (RMAs)
- Sending device repair quotations and receiving POs in return
- Arranging deliveries and collections to/from customer sites
- Answering customer queries on the phone or via email
- Ensuring all customer calls are logged using our support ticket system
