Vacancy Detail : Our client; BuddyCRM provides an amazing software platform for customers around the world. As a growing business they need to ensure that they provide stable and secure technology platforms for their customers, that they can rely on!
This brand new role with them will provide the right candidate; training and first hand experience in offering first line technical support to customers as well as working closely with customers to deliver their projects!

Roles & Responsibilites;
Troubleshoot queries via webchat, email and phone.
Logging and solving as many queries as possible. Escalate as appropriate.
Provide solution(s)/work around(s) to incidents and problems.
Provide exceptional service support to customers.
Take ownership of user problems and follow up the status of problems on behalf of the user and communicate progress in a timely manner.
Coordinate weekly status updates for clients.
Train customers to ensure their user journey is a success.
Attending and documenting scoping meetings and producing/maintaining Go-Live plans
Co-ordinating Delivery of solutions to clients where assigned as lead team member.
Work to SLA thresholds for incident(s), request(s) and problem(s).
Prioritising and managing several open cases at one time.
Basic system testing.
Establishing a good working relationship with other staff and customers.
Deliver live streaming sessions via our platforms.
Collate and deliver key metrics to customers post event.
Become an expert in all things BuddyCRM
Positions Available : 1
Working Week : Monday to Friday; Hours to Be Confirmed
Salary : £ 9,152.00 (Annually)

Skills Required : Any of the below is desirable to the company, but its not essential;

Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
Windows 10 / Mac OS
iOS / Android.
Effective communication and organisational skills.
Exceptional customer service.
High attention to detail.
Future Prospects : As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you'll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & Maths Functional Skills Level 2.

The company also aim to offer the apprentice a permanent role at the end of the training (subject to successfully completing course and objectives).
Training to be Provided : IT Technical Solutions Technicians undertake activities in the area of the infrastructure aspects of solutions such as servers and networks (fixed or mobile) as well as applications and supporting components such as databases.
Other Information : The Apprentice should be aware that due to the nature of the business they will need to be flexible with their working hours and will need to be aware that they may have to travel to areas around the UK for face to face events.
