Brief Description
Remit is pleased to be recruiting on behalf of Acorn Trucks based in Waltham Cross EN8, for someone to join their team in the warehouse. You will do a Supply Chain Level 2 Apprenticeship.
Vacancy Detail
Duties will include:
- offloading, checking and booking in daily deliveries and any emergency deliveries
- putting stock away
- picking and packing orders
- dealing with returns to manufacturers and customers
- keeping the warehouse clean and tidy in line with Health & Safety legislation.
You will be working with a predominantly paper-based system.
Starting pay ?6.56 per hour
Qualifications Required
GCSE English and Maths Grades D (3) or above
Personal Qualities
Organised and methodical
Able to work in a physically demanding role with manual handling
Interested in learning
Skills Required
Good attention to detail
Able to communicate clearly on the phone and in writing
Able to work with numbers
Great teamwork skills as this is a small team
