Brief Description

Are you looking to combine an interest in automotive and a career in customer service or administration?
Remit Training is recruiting on behalf of Fleet Factors Ltd in Malton YO17 6YD for someone to become their Workshop Administrator and undertake a Level 2 Customer Service Practitioner Apprenticeship.

Vacancy Detail

As an administrator your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
* Answering telephone inquiries
* Cross referring vehicle parts
* Ordering parts at the best possible value
* Booking goods into the system
* Profile vehicle stock
* Control stock holding
* Any other Ad Hoc request as required
You will need great IT skills for this role, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
Driving license / working towards your license would be advantageous.
Age-related National Minimum Wage is payable for this role - the rate shown (?6.56 ph) is for 18 - 20 year olds.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grades A - D (9 - 5) in English and maths
Driving license preferred as you may be asked to do occasional deliveries

Personal Qualities

Keen to learn; enthusiastic and motivated, organised.
Interest in vehicles would be useful.

Skills Required

? Basic numeracy and literacy skills required.
? Excellent communication skills, both verbally and written.
? Ability to meet specific deadlines & prioritise effectively.
? Team player but also able to work on own initiative.
