YCC Cars are looking for a motivated individual to become a Customer Service Apprentice (Level 2). You will be eager to learn about customer service, teamwork, and sales; and have an interest in cars. If this is you then apply today!

Vacancy Detail

Working hours ? 4 days + 1 weekend day (1 mid-week day off).
(?10,400 per annum approx.) + Bonus - ?5 per hour.
Driving Licence preferred but not essential.
PR1 5EB.
Start date: ASAP.

Roles/Responsibilities:
- Answering inbound/making outbound Telephone Calls
- Dealing with car-related inquiries.
- Use of in?house system / CRM.
- Use of Microsoft packages including Outlook / Emails.
- Meeting and greeting customers.
- Making tea and coffee
- Filing paperwork
- Liaising with differing departments / MOT?s / Servicing / Parts / Body shop / Sales / Management / Mechanics ? Escalating the correct work or problem to the right department.
- Taking bookings for test drives/car viewings
- Showing customers around the showroom
- Front of house.

Qualifications Required

GCSE in Maths and English

- Ability to speak to people of all ages
- Always smiling and approachable
- Can-do attitude
- A fondness of cars/willingness to learn about different vehicles
- Excellent communication both written and verbal
- Confident telephone manner
