Our client, Indy Ware are a small business and act very much as a team. The successful candidate will have the chance to fully get involved with them as a business and they're looking for an Apprentice whose not afraid to question and express their own ideas & thoughts. Our client expect the successful Apprentice to become even more confident and helpful to the Business after successfully completing the Apprenticeship program and there will be full training and support given throughout!

After the Apprentice has been given the relevant training, they will have various responsibilities and numerous middle to long term goals.

- Assisting and helping with Technical Quotations (Mid/Long term goa)
- Defining Technical solutions (Mid/Long term)
- Learn more about Technical administration (Mid)
- Assist with product & Service research (Mid)
- Assist with Invoicing (Mid/Long term)
- Assist Purchasing (Mid/Long term)
- Liaising with suppliers & manufacturers.

The successful Apprentice will be required to pass other tests & exams as laid down by the businesses current operations.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)

Personal Qualities

You can work well in a team as well as independently
Ability to carry out tasks correctly, with minimal assistance in a timely manner to a high quality
A strong commitment to academic/college studies
Proactive
Resilient and enthusiastic

Skills Required

A clear interest in working in a customer-facing IT environment
Good working knowledge of Microsoft applications (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Highly effective communication skills, both verbal and written
Problem solving skills with the ability to investigate and analyse information and apply knowledge to make suggestions

Future Prospects

Our client will be looking into the possibility of making the successful candidate a permanent employee, upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship and ensuring that they have displayed the right skills and attributes.
