Digital Marketing Apprentice

Real Skills Training Ltd (RST) is an independent training provider based in Liverpool with sites across the North of England and the Midlands. Real Skills Training Ltd was formed to support the growth in the UK rail market and has grown to include traineeship and apprenticeship provision and into other sectors including Management, Childcare and Education training across both funded and commercial sectors. We are currently looking to grow our team through the recruitment of excellent sales people and tutors to ensure we are building a market-leading team. We are advocates of Apprenticeships and aim to offer apprentices in our business the chance to learn new skills and build their careers with us.

Your main roles will include:
Actively source new business by engaging with employers through various employer engagement methods. Ensuring continuous development of a pipeline for new business.
Ensure all employers and learners are made aware of the requirements and their commitments for the product being sold
Increase inbound sales enquires
Post on social media campaigns
Produce marketing videos, graphics, and animations
Maintain the website
Provide analytics on website and social media performance
SEO optimization

Undertake additional business development activities where required to support business growth
