Can you help in growing a UK Market Leader to a global brand?
As a IT Sales Representative Apprentice (Telesales), you'll be contacting potential customers by telephone. The Apprentices main responsibilities is to gain a high level of lead opportunities which will be passed through to the senior sales team. Careshield look to make the Apprentices part of a highly motivated sales team and become excellent team players!
Main Roles & Responsibilities:
Assist with overall Lead Generation
Create opportunities to be passed through the sales process
Gather and document information about the customers and update the company CRM
Enter any notes into the system, including any dates for follow up calls
Deal with high volume telephone calling

Qualifications Required
5 A-C/ 8-4 qualifications including GCSE English and maths
Personal Qualities

To be well-organised and thorough, even under pressure.
