Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of our client, ClearTec IT based in Essex - a long-established IT services company providing support, infrastructure, and cloud services to a diverse range of clients across London and the South East.

Vacancy Detail

As an Infrastructure Technician Apprentice, you will be expected to work autonomously within a team and deliver on project phases on time.
ClearTec IT will help you achieve your goals by continuous professional development and regular career progression sessions.

You will have the chance to:
- Work alongside help desk technicians and be involved in talking to the clients after three months of training.
- Use ClearTec IT's in-house IT systems and contact management software.
- Have the opportunity to setup equipment to install or upgrade client networks.
- Work on live support tickets and resolve customer issues.
- Use email encryption software from time to time.
- Upgrade laptops and PC's with memory and/or SSD's
- Preparing hardware to go for recycling.

Qualifications Required

You must have at least 5 GCSEs graded A/C or 8/4 or above, including English and Maths or the Functional Skills/Key Skills equivalents.

Minimum 2 A level passes with at least 1 in a STEM subject.
