Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Cecure, a growing force in the IT Professional Services Industry and their team are seeking a technically literate 1st Line Service Desk Apprentice to learn and progress within the business!

Cecure are looking to recruit an ambitious and enthusiastic Technology & Data Apprentice to support them in growing and developing their Business. This is an exciting new role helping to ensure that they optimize their existing systems and successfully implement new systems.

With the chance for earning also comes the chance for learning as the Apprentice will be working towards an industry accredited Level 3 qualification in the Digital Marketer Apprenticeship program.

The successful Apprentice will be playing an integral role in the constant development and implementation of their business. The Apprentice will ensure that their departments are obtaining the right data to continually improve their departmental performance.

The role consists of but is not limited to the below responsibilities.

- Logging, managing, and resolving service desk tickets
- Remote and onsite troubleshooting
- Network installations onsite
- Updating and installing the operating system as/when needed
- Provide daily support as/when needed.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade C or 4 and above including English and Maths

Personal Qualities

Strong computer skills and ability to troubleshoot.
Familiarity with both PC hardware and software.
A commitment to continuous improvement. Keen to learn new skills and develop
Good customer service skills and the ability to communicate effectively to help colleagues.
Problem-solving skills.
Analytical with strong attention to detail.
