Remit are recruiting on behalf of Dorsia Finance, who are looking for someone with boundless energy, enthusiasm and determination for a digital marketing apprenticeship in an exciting and rapidly growing business.

Vacancy Detail

This friendly and very successful 11 year old business in the Lincoln area are looking for a Digital Marketer Apprentice to join their team. They are looking for someone who will eventually own and run the entire Marketing and Social Media Strategy for the business, which is very exciting opportunity with fantastic future prospects for the right person.

Roles and responsibilities:
? Planning and delivering social media content to increase our reach and engage audiences
? Monitoring social media channels, identifying opportunities for engagement, sharing feedback with the team and gathering insight on our audiences and trending topics
? Creating on-brand visual assets (images, GIFs, videos) to support our communications
? Editing, maintaining and uploading content on our website
? Measuring performance of digital marketing activities, using analytic tools
? Supporting the creation and distribution of marketing campaigns
? Optimising content and helping to identify opportunities to drive traffic to our website

Qualifications Required

? Has GCSE?S in English and Maths from Grades 9-4.

Skills Required

? Has experience using different SM channels to include Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn and Instagram and understands their functions.
? Has some previous experience in updating website content.
? Has Digital Organisational Skills to include computerised file and folder organisation.
? Is proficient in using Microsoft Office
? Has prior experience in producing photos, videos and digital images.
? Has very strong written and verbal communications skills.
? Some previous Digital Marketing Experience.
? Has a passion for Digital Marketing/Technology and Communications.

Future Prospects

Upon full completion of the level 3 a full-time position will be available as long as the apprentice shows the right skills and attribute.

Other Information

22 days + Bank Holidays per year with an additional day off for each year of service.
Performance related Bonus offered during training.
