They are on the look out for a brand new Digital Marketing Apprentice to join their team!

Our client; SB Digital Media Ltd is one of several companies within the SB Media Group.

SB Digital Media is a performance marketing company. The company has steadily grown since its beginnings in 2012, and is now again, expanding their team, adding resource to meet the increased demand for their products and service.
They are looking to grow their team by adding a Digital Marketer Apprentice to they're Marketing and Media Buying Department.

As a new member of the marketing & media buying team, you will assist the Media Buying Manager and Traffic Manager with the everyday tasks within the group of companies.
The ideal candidate will be comfortable in a dynamic start-up environment and will not be afraid to learn new skills and roll up their sleeves to tackle projects both big and small.

Roles and Responsibilities;

Developing, launching and optimizing campaigns across various media channels
Interfacing with design teams to create, test, and deploy effective creative and copy
Managing account organization and reporting
Researching and Identifying marketing opportunities.
Planning, tracking and reporting ad performance on social media platforms such as Facebook, Instagram & Snapchat
Assisting with the creative on various digital marketing assets
CRM - retargeting & all other ongoing engagement (emails, social followings, engagement lists, messenger bots, etc.)
Involvement in planning and designing viral marketing campaigns
E-commerce exposure - marketing, tracking & reporting performance
Ad-hoc reconciliations as and when they arise
Ad-hoc reporting with regards marketing spends and budget analysis
Support the Media Buyers and Traffic Manager with any PnL analysis as and when required
Provide a basic level of coverage in the absence of the Media Buying Manager

Qualifications Required

GCSE or equivalent in English & maths at grade 9-4 (or equivalent) preferred.

Skills Required

Experience with Facebook Exchange, Google AdWords/Display Network
Experience of managing monthly budgets
Demonstrable experience of building a campaign from Day 1
Excellent Research Skills
Excellent Analysis Skills (Excel or programming experience beneficial)
Good Excel Skills
Competent in the use of Word, Outlook, Web-based platforms & general IT
HTML skills
Solid organisational skills
Excellent communication skills - both written & oral

Future Prospects

After completion of the Apprenticeship; provided the Apprentice has shown the right skills and attributes throughout then there is an opportunity for them to build a career with SB Media. (They have a demonstrable track-record of success with previous Apprentices)

Other Information

Due to the rural location of our client, candidates applying for this position need to be aware that the company isn't immediately accessible via public transport (nearest train station is Flitwick (10 mins taxi ride).

The office is a fun working environment, with a relaxed dress code and an easy-going ambience, but it is also hard working and results driven. Set just outside of Woburn our purpose-built converted barns, provide an excellent working environment for our team to thrive.
