Brief Description : Do you enjoy keeping organised? Consider yourself a people person? Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of our client XEPOS, who are actively looking for a creative, professional and motivated individual to join them as a Business Administration Apprentice

 

Qualifications Required : Candidates applying need to have at least 5 GCSE's or the Functional Skills Equivalent graded C and above including English and Math's

Due to the businesses continuous growth and expansion they are now actively looking for an individual to join them as a Digital Marketing Apprentice.

The Apprentice who is successful in this position will have the opportunity to truly delve into the world of Business with the chance to gain an industry accredited qualification with full support and training towards the Business Administrator Level 3 standard.

Roles & Responsibilities:
• Dealing with inbound and outbound calls.
• Send emails to customers and other clients.
• Speaking to customers on the phone and providing good level of service.
• Monitor accounts on a daily basis
• Identify outstanding account receivables
• Reset Direct debit payments
• Process payments and refunds.

Future Prospects : Our client will be looking into the possibility of making the successful candidate a permanent employee; upon successful completion of the Apprenticeship and ensuring that they have displayed the right skills and attributes
Training to be Provided : The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.

As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 3
On successful completion, you will receive:
Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
Level 3 in Business Administration
