Brief Description : TruckEast have a vacancy for an Apprentice Business Administrator to join their highly skilled team at their Peterborough branch. This position will enable you to learn the excelled skills and knowledge to become a qualified Business Adminstrator.
Qualifications Required : • Minimum of GCSE level (or equivalent) qualification in Mathematics and English Grades 9-4 (A - C)
Business Admin Level 2 would be useful but not essential.

Roles and Responsibilities include:
• Day to day invoicing for the Depot, to include warranty, retail, contract work and any other types of Invoicing (DPD own portal)
• Along with your colleagues, ensuring month-end Work In Progress levels are within agreed targets
• Assisting with the daily running and administration of the Depot
• Time loading and workshop wages
• Service reception cover
• MOT Bookings
• Sublet Order No’s
• General duties relevant to the smooth and efficient operation of the department as determined by your line manager
• Filing of paperwork as required
• Administrative support with R2C

Working Week : 40 hrs pw; 8am - 4.30pm (Monday to Friday)
Salary : £ 270.00 (Weekly)

Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
Level 3 in Business Administration
