Astaris is a fast growing IT support company specialising in the hospitality trade. Having recently introduced a new sales initiative, we are now looking for a Marketing Executive through an apprentice programme to help deliver and implement the sales strategy, working alongside the sales team, operations and reporting to the Marketing Manager.

The following skills are what we would be looking for the successful candidate to have achieved during / at the end of the apprenticeship.

? Creating, planning and executing key marketing campaign both on and offline
? Ongoing marketing campaigns on all social media platform to promote specific products and services and raise brand awareness
? Creative innovative copywriting with ability to proofread
? Planning and executing imaginative on / offline advertising campaigns i.e Google Adwords / Facebook etc
? Managing design and print production of printed marketing materials
? Communication and distribution of marketing materials to applicable channels
? Research / analysis / reporting on success of marketing campaigns
? Effectively use appropriate business systems and software to deliver marketing outcomes efficiently, for example to email marketing, Google analytics, reporting
? Use appropriate technologies to deliver marketing outcomes e.g. digital/web analytics, social media, CRM, Wordpress website including content management
? Write detailed project briefs
? High level organisational and time management skills to consistently meet project deadlines
? Coordination of simultaneous marketing campaigns
? Competitor research and analysis
? Identifying market trends
? Work closely with sales team to create campaigns inline with sales initiative
? Effectively liaise and communicate with external suppliers / subcontractors to deliver required outcomes
? Manage and monitor marketing budget using appropriate systems
? Assistance in achievement of brand positioning to agreed guidelines
? Organising and attending events, such as exhibitions, seminars etc
? Be able to deliver confident presentations

Qualifications Required

3 A-Levels or a completed Level 3 apprenticeship

Future Prospects

There are career progression opportunities available upon completion of the program. You, along with your employer, may decide to progress into a full-time position with the business or progress onto a Level 4 Apprenticeship.

Other Information

The successful applicant will help shape, support and deliver marketing plans via on and offline channels. The role requires a high level of creativity with excellent organisation and communication skills. In time you should be able to work autonomously when creating marketing campaigns and as part of a team when delivering them. Marketing is constantly evolving and so your creative ideas need to be imaginative and innovative to help raise brand awareness and achieve sales conversion.
