The Senso New Business Team are responsible for introducing the Senso solution to customers around the world and taking them through the sales process. They are now looking to expand their reach with the Technical Sales Apprentice to work alongside the rest of the team to support market information gathering, such as updating school contact details, understanding the types of technology initiatives schools are investing in and once trained, progressing in to securing the responsibility of new business sales in a certain region of the UK.

Day to day tasks include :
- Researching schools for relevant information via the internet and over the phone
- Sales Order Processing
- CRM Administration
- Customer Needs Analysis
- Senso Product Demo?s
- Senso Trial Installs
- Senso Remote Training
- Supporting Partner Sales Campaigns
- Group Webinars

No previous industry experience is required as full training will be given, but it would be desirable to have a proven experience in a customer service or sales role.

Qualifications Required

To be considered, you must have at least 4 GCSEs graded A/C or 8/4 or above, including English and maths or the Functional Skills/Key Skills equivalents.

Future Prospects
