Can you help in growing a UK Market Leader to a global brand?

Careshield are a small to medium sized company and offer a dynamic place to work - where no two days are ever quite the same! As a IT Technical Sales Apprentice (Telesales), you'll be contacting potential customers by telephone. Your job is to gain a high level of lead opportunities to be passed to the senior sales team. Be part of a highly motivated sales team and be a team player!

Main Roles & Responsibilities

- Assist with overall Lead Generation
- Create opportunities to be passed through the sales process
- Gather and document information about the customers and update the company CRM
- Enter any notes into the system, including any dates for follow up calls
- Deal with high volume telephone calling.

Qualifications Required

5 A-C/ 9-4 qualifications including GCSE English and Maths

Future Prospects

As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you?ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & Maths Functional Skills Level 2.

The company also aim to offer the apprentice a permanent role at the end of the training (subject to successfully completing course and objectives)
