Spot2Spot are looking for an IT apprentice to join the organisation to help working on First and Second line support for their Clients.

The role involves

General day to day user support,
Setup and creation of new accounts
Repairing and replacing equipment
Assiting with routine infrastructure and security maintenance
Helping with deployment of new systems or hardware upgrades
Learning the companies internal systems in order to provide input on new developments.
Opportunities to have input when bringing on new clients. Which involve choosing what to offer a client in terms of both hardware and support along with how the company plan to modify or deploy their systems and processes to be both reliable and secure.
Have opportunites to learn and work on both the companies and client networks, providing valuable experience within the telecommunications field to those interested.
Guidance will always be given along with help from other IT agents within the organisation.
