Brief Description

Remit are recruiting on behalf of the The Laptop Station who sell and repair Laptops, PC's, Tablets and Mobiles whilst also building custom gaming PC's. So if you're tech-savvy then this could just be your prime opportunity to start your career in IT.

An enthusiastic, tech-savvy, people person is required. If you are a computer enthusiast who enjoys the challenges and rewards of working with software and hardware. If you are already comfortable with computing in general and specifically web-based software and apps and know the difference between memory and storage, Firefox and Safari, web apps and native apps and lastly are self-motivated and keen to carve out a niche for yourself as a valued member of a team then you maybe the next team member of The Laptop Station.

Roles & Responsibilities
? Testing and Refurbishment of Laptops & PC?s
? Setting up Laptops & PC?s to customer specification
? Quality Control
? Repairs and Upgrades of Laptops & Pc?s
? Helping with Shipping and Dispatchment of orders.
? Providing support by telephone to customers.
? There may also be an opportunity to learn mobile repairs along with helping in sales.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)

? Confident and with a good telephone manner
? Passion for technology

Future Prospects

A full time permanent position will offered to the apprentice upon full completion of their apprenticeship.

Other Information

It would be advantageous if you have experience with repairing laptops and pc?s, software and hardware.
