Brief Description

Remit are looking for a personable and dedicated IT Apprentice on behalf of our client - Chandler Computers

Vacancy Detail

You will be working closely with our customers acting as the first point of contact, you will then respond to issues including troubleshooting, fixing, dealing with hardware problems, fixing issues, upselling etc.

Your responsibilities will be:

- Answering the phone
- Updating jobs
- Troubleshooting
- Serving in the shop and taking payments
- Logging jobs
- Ordering parts
- Repairing computers, servers, laptops & iPhones
- Assisting with remote support
- Responding to emails
- Administration
