Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:

Your role will be to support the Strategic Marketing Planning Manager and learn how to build marketing campaigns from end to end. You will work alongside multiple marketing teams to help ensure that all elements of each campaign critical path are met to deadline, and support in then assessing its performance and understanding how to continue to drive growth in future marketing campaigns.
You will work closely with multiple members of the brand, marketing and creative teams in your day to day, as well as having an understanding of the requirements from trade, buying and merchandising and product design. You will be accountable for helping to achieve the business eCommerce growth targets through your key roles and responsibilities.

Specific Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
? Support in the development and implementation of the strategic marketing plan across all key launches, collabs, trading moments
? Support campaign execution plans and roll outs across the business including:
o Assessing the needs of different territories and channels to ensure product launches suit objectives and business KPI?s
o Supporting the creatives teams in managing imagery, video, PR and event collateral assets across the business, franchise and 3rd parties
o Working with the PR, creative and product teams on aiding the sample process across the business ensuring samples are ordered, managed and delivered to teams ahead of launches and activations/ content involving samples are executed on time
? Ensuring critical paths are up to date and communicated with wider team
? Supporting with the reporting of key campaign activity once completed
? Supporting in gathering information and drafting all award entries for the brand department, including but not limited to Drapers, Drum and Retail Week awards

Qualifications Required

3 A-Levels or a completed Level 3 apprenticeship

Personal Qualities

Enthusiastic about digital marketing, with a particular interest in creative digital campaigns, social media and influencer marketing.

Good with people and self-motivated.
