Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of our client The Filming Company, a growing Video Production company based in Sussex who are looking for candidates to join their dynamic team!

The Filming Company is growing rapidly thanks to some rather dedicated, resourceful and uncomplicated teamwork. They have such a rich variety of projects already booked for 2021, there?s no element of video production that successful candidates won?t experience. Their work takes them all over the UK and into Europe and they are known for the great care they take with clients and employees alike.
Our client is always looking to progress employees quickly, giving them more responsibility and allowing them to develop their creativity.
They believe in; crafting strategic, share-worthy content, acting with honesty and integrity, fostering an environment where people love to work, reflecting and improving, and giving 110% until they no-longer have to introduce ourselves to clients (by then it?ll probably be too late and will have become a habit).
Responsibilities:
? planning content strategies
? developing content
? creating and evaluating content
? wide understanding of the media industry
? optimizing web content for to ensure high search engine rankings
? researching ideas and concepts
? presenting client pitches and proposals
INDIT
Qualifications Required
GCSE Grade C or above in Maths and English (or equivalent qualification)
Skills Required
? A love of film and film making
? A strong desire to learn and solve problems
? Live events will occasionally require working weekends, evenings and bank holidays. These will be timetabled well in advance.
? Own transport and full driving license
Future Prospects
The company are looking to keep all 4 Apprentice's as part of the Business expansion upon completion of the Apprenticeship Program
Other Information
If you have a showreel or website that shows candidates video production skills would make ideal candidates. The more variety in the portfolio the better.
