24/7 IT Services are not just another outsourced IT services company ? they work closely with their clients in partnership and as a trusted extension to the in-house team providing full support, business continuity, security and future proofing for all their IT needs.

Due to continuous expansion the team are now looking for an organised , motivated and committed individual to join their Sales Team as an Apprentice. This will present the successful Apprentice with the opportunity to work with people who are supportive and can help guide and progress their career.

As a Technical Sales Apprentice within the Business; the Apprentice will have the chance to not only work alongside a team that?s been involved in a variety of projects, but they will also have the chance to work in-house towards an Industry Accredited Level 3 qualification in Technical Sales; gaining a tailored understanding of industry products and services, alongside working experience within the company.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Develop your new business pipeline through telephone, email communication and, face-to-face social media engagement to introduce the company's services
Aim to work and identify appropriate prospects and business needs
Learn how to build strong relationships with existing customers
Support and work closely with the rest of the Sales Team to grow and develop knowledge, support daily activities, provide business updates and forecasts
Learn how to support and take the lead on Business projects that look to improve client relationships and grow the business
Developing and learning how to consistently update and maintain the data accuracy of forecasts and customer data
Support with problem solving customers queries to help drive best practice and meet customer satisfaction
Develop skills within the creation, maintenance and implementation of up selling plans when required to meet customers? needs and maximize revenue
Develop a strong up to date knowledge of then companies services portfolio to maximize sales potential

INDIT

Qualifications Required

You will ideally need to have at least 5 GCSE's graded A*-C /9-4 including maths and English or the equivalent Functional Skills

Future Prospects

After full completion of the Level 3 there will be a full time position available to the candidate if they demonstrate the right attributes and skills.
