Brief Description

Remit are recruiting on behalf of Natural British Ltd, an internet supplier of bath and beauty products, based in Mansfield NG18. The successful candidate will gain a Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 qualification.

Vacancy Detail

This role would suit someone looking to develop their customer service, marketing and web / social media skills to provide an all round service to customers and the business. This is a very small business, so you will need to be willing to muck in with the rest of the team.
Duties will include:
- updating content on the company website
- updating content on intermediary sites, such as Amazon, Etsy and other platforms
- interacting with customers
- packing products for shipping
- optimising content performance of on-line items
- liaison with other departments to identify cross promotion opportunities
- liaison with suppliers to order necessary goods
- identifying poorly performing content
- packing product boxes
- highlighting efficiency improvements where required
- social media liaison
- data management for stock and batch numbering systems

INDBUS

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grades A - C (4 - 9) in English and Maths are a requirement for this role

Personal Qualities

Keen to learn about cosmetics and hand made products
Experience and / or strong interest in marketing / on line sales
Self motivated with a positive attitude

Skills Required

Strong written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to write content for the website
Ability to build successful working relationships internally and externally
Strong team player, able to work effectively in a team based environment
Fantastic attention to detail
Ability to work in a fast paced multi channel business

Future Prospects

Although this is a fixed term 13 month contract it is intended that the apprentice has the opportunity to grow with the business as it expands.
