Roles & Responsibilities:
Assisting with the triaging of cases and providing phone based technical support for customers with their Commvault software platforms
Work on and attempt to resolve a variety of issues
Help to provide advice and solutions to the companies customers
Monitor and escalate issues if required
Use and improve your problem solving, time management, collaboration and consultative skills on a daily basis
INDIT
Qualifications Required
5 GCSE's graded at C/4 and above - including English and Maths
Personal Qualities
Be a team-player; but able to work on own iniative when needed
Good communication and explanation skills
Professional and mature attitude when in the workplace
Skills Required
Any knowledge or skills in the following:
Providing first line technical support
Knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server operating systems
Ability to logically assess an issue
Accurately log details within call management system
Other Information
Driving is preferred but not essential - as long as candidates are aware that the Business is not on a public transport route
