Brief Description : Remit Training are recruiting on behalf of the West Walk Surgery for someone to join the team in Yate B37, carrying out reception and general administration duties. They will undertake a Customer Service Level 2 apprenticeship.

 

Qualifications Required : GCSEs including English and Maths
Vacancy Detail : This is a great opportunity for someone starting out to undertake a role as an administrator / receptionist. The Apprentice will join a busy team providing excellent customer service to the patients and medical staff of the practice. They will:
Make appointments
Take phone calls
Deal with incoming post
Assist with medical correspondence
Deal with test results
Filing etc
Uniform will be provided

Working Week : 37 hours pw; Monday - Thurs 08.30 - 16.30; Fri 08.360 -1600
Salary : £238.00 Per Week

Personal Qualities : You will need to be a people person for this customer facing role.
You should be a well organised person who can speak confidently on the phone and provide good customer service to patients and staff alike.

Ability to work as part of a team
Future Prospects : There will be the opportunity to progress to a full time permanent role for the successful candidate on completion of the apprenticeship
Training to be Provided : Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 apprenticeship. Training will be delivered at the workplace by a Remit Development Coach.
Other Information : It is likely that you will have to deal with people on a daily basis who may be ill, upset or stressed. You should be able to respond confidently, empathically and assertively where needed.
Things to consider : National Mininum Wage at the correct age banding will be paid for this vacancy
