Our client's are an expanding specialist technology company with a primary focus on offering outsourced technical support to their clients in Guildford, London and the UK. Their services support organisations to grow by managing infrastructure and users primarily through cloud providers including Microsoft and Google.

The businesses current clients range from single person companies to global organisations and are each supported consistently and professionally through a ticket management system to enable good communication.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a 2 computer literate and technically minded individuals to join their team within Guildford.

Duties include:

Assisting with the management of support tickets through a platform
Dealing and learning the use of remote management platforms to complete real-time monitoring of the companies clients for both, system health and security (device updates and anti-virus)
Assisting with customer service including responding to all inbound support calls and emails and logging support tickets
Manage existing support tickets to ensure they are picked up by the team issues
Assist senior engineers with project work and client visits (where required)
Any other duties as requested by the directors

INDIT

Qualifications Required

Ideally a minimum 5 GCSE?s 5 and above including maths, English and ICT (or equivalent qualifications).

Personal Qualities

Organisational & planning skills, with good attention to detail.
Communication skills ? written & verbal.
Proactive attitude and a willingness to learn new skills.
Able to work with minimal supervision.

Skills Required

Excellent Communication Skills
Ability to diagnose and resolve basic technical issues
Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices and technology products.
Experience using Windows 7, Windows 10 Operating Systems, Internet Explorer and Microsoft Office products such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
Customer-oriented

Future Prospects

After full completion of the Level 3 there will be a full time position available to the candidate if they demonstrate the right attributes and skills.
