Brief Description

Remit are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of Green Heart Clean for someone interested in progressing with their existing career in Sales. The successful candidate will undertake a Sales Executive Level 4 apprenticeship programme.

Vacancy Detail

This role would be suitable for someone looking to further develop their career in sales (B2B), so some previous experience in this field is essential. A background in recruitment would be particularly useful in this role
Duties will include:

- Work with the business development manager to increase sales across all services especially the recruitment agency
- Support the business by generating revenue and profitability through new sales and repeat business, using virtual and face to face visits, campaigns, attendance at trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
- Manage and organise sales promotional content across multiple platforms
- Working with the marketing team to identify, target and connect with potential clients for our recruitment agency.
You will be responsible for:
? organising sales visits
? demonstrating and presenting products
? establishing new business
? maintaining accurate records using the CRM systems including Quikbooks
? attending trade exhibitions, conferences and meetings
? reviewing sales performance
? negotiating contracts and packages
? achieving monthly or annual targets.

Qualifications Required

GCSE Grades A - C (4 or above) in English, Maths and IT

Personal Qualities

You will have a mature, confident personality who is also patient and persevering and with a passion for sales and recruitment. You'll be able to make excellent relationships and be a proactive problem solver. You will exemplify 'people buy people' and be able to make and maintain positive relationships with new and existing clients.

Skills Required

Excellent interpersonal skills
Commercially aware
Excellent IT skills including Word, Excel and Powerpoint
Experience of CRM systems and Quikbooks would be useful
High level of numeracy and literacy

There will be opportunity to stay within the business on successful completion of the apprenticeship.

Our office is 5 minutes walk from Loughborough town, which is connected by train and bus to Nottingham, Derby and Leicester. There is also a car park
