Our client are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic person, who?s passionate about programming, creating and maintaining both desktop and web-based solutions.

Responsibilities will include:

Reporting directly to the commercial director, the apprentice will be working with the teams senior developers where they will be exposed to a broad range of technologies
Helping to work on exciting projects across a large range of market sectors
Assist and work closely with an experienced database and web development team
Become able to follow in-house development standards, whilst having the flexibility to work on cutting edge systems
Have the opportunity to embark on supervised site visits with an array of high-end clients

Qualifications Required

You'll need at least 5 GCSEs grade A - C / 9 to 4 including Maths, English and IT

Personal Qualities

The ideal candidate will be confident, outgoing with good communication skills. Although this is a developer role you will be expected to build and maintain business relationships so experience or confidence when networking will be an advantage.

Skills Required

You must have an interest in or a good understanding of relational programming, any knowledge of MySQL, MS SQL, C++, objective C or any other database language will be advantageous.

Future Prospects

After full completion of the Level 3 there will be a full time position available to the candidate if they demonstrate the right attributes and skills.
