The post holder will be working within a vibrant Aftersales team and will be expected to provide support to ensure that a consistent and fully operational service is maintained.
They will also be expected to ensure efficient communication is maintained with both internal and external customers.
Areas of responsibility will be: -
? Administration of client invoices and payments onto the Kerridge system daily.
? Assisting with Parts department duties when required including handling, storing and receiving stock, payments, procedures, identifying, sourcing and ordering parts
? Deal with customer needs face-to-face, via email and over the phone with a professional and friendly approach
? Being the first point of contact, dealing with phone calls and correspondence
? Contacting external clients and providers for various information requests
? Ensure all information is logged according to the needs of the business and handled in line with company and legislative requirements
? Setting and typing up documents such as letters and reports
? Assist with other duties and departments as and when required

Qualifications Required

Minimum requirements are a Grade '4' or equivalent in GCSE English and Maths.

? The ability to work as a team player in a vibrant and fast-paced department
? Able to demonstrate accuracy and attention to detail
? Ability to work on own initiative under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines.
? The ability to establish successful work relationships with both internal and external customers

? An enthusiasm to learn new practical and theoretical skills
