Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Indy IT, a thriving IT Solutions business who are on the lookout for an ambitious and committed individual to join their growing team.

Are you passionate about technology and the internet? Do you want to get some real-world experience creating websites and providing IT services?
If you answered YES to the above, then this apprenticeship opportunity is for you!
You would be providing a professional, customer focused service and support to help assist the staff and clients of Indy IT. You would be working within a tight knit IT Support team where you will work with the IT help desk system to report issues, undertake general admin tasks and support the staff and clients in their everyday use of IT equipment.
You will over time be expected to work closely with the customers to help them develop improved solutions to meet their changing needs.
This will involve hardware, standard software & infrastructure planning.

A typical day would vary from:
-Learn how to plan, quote & deploy IT solutions.
-Learn the business aspects of deploying and selling an IT solution.
-Being given the opportunity to assist with sales activities.
-Process correspondence with customer, vendors, etc
-Learning about the leading edge products & services from companies like HP, nVidia, Intel etc.
-You will learn how to carry out daily routines with checking servers, License's Expiring, and checking domain registrations
-You will also have the opportunity to do IT administration.
-Learn how to take technical support calls and assist in the resolution.
-Being shown how to do sales and marketing campaigns, including external networking.
-Learn about hardware & software configurations

-Also learn how to assist onsite deployment.

Ideally A* - C/9-4 in maths and English or equivalent
