Brief Description : Remit are delighted to be recruiting on behalf of BCA. Based at their Thurleigh MK44 2YP site the successful candidate will undertake a Business Administration Level 2 apprenticeship as part of the established admin team.
Qualifications Required : No specific GCSE grades are required, but you will be expected to pass English and Maths assessments as part of the assessment process to a prescribed level.
Vacancy Detail : The team liaise between the Workshops and the Lease Companies and their representatives, as well as dealing directly with the manufacturer. They get around 50,000 vehicles for storage and refurbishment through their systems and back out, ensuring the correct person pays for the work and that it is accurately billed in a timely manner. They print estimates, amend where agreement is met and authorise the vehicles into work. The role will include a grounding in all aspects of administration, and will include elements that you are solely responsible for as you grow.
Duties will include:
- Data input and collation of inspection reports
- Post in and out, including franking and distribution
- Covering Reception when required

Working Week : 40 hrs pw; Monday - Friday core hours 08.30 - 17.00
Salary : £240.00 Per Week

Skills Required : Good IT skills, attention to detail and ability to work accurately.
Good spoken and written English as the job can be technically demanding

Driving license as the site has very limited access to public transport
Future Prospects : This is a permanent role with opportunities for progression on completion of the apprenticeship
Training to be Provided : The role of an Administrator is an important one, as they ensure the proper flow of office procedures and support various departments while maintaining a positive and friendly attitude.
As an apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 2
On successful completion, you will receive:
Level 1 / Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
Level 2 Business Administration Apprenticeship Framework.
Other Information : This is a full-time permanent position with opportunities for progression.
Uniform will be provided.
The salary shown (£6ph) is a starting salary and more may be available for the right candidate.
Working hours may be flexible within opening hours after training.
