Brief Description : Remit are pleased to be recruiting on behalf of Camp Xplode, based in their Head Office in Leeds. They are looking for a Customer Service Apprentice to provide a great experience for their customers.

 

Qualifications Required : FOUR GCSEs at A - C (4 - 9) including English and Maths
Vacancy Detail : Camp Xplode is all about getting back to nature and having fun with friends. Held at 3 exceptional venues across Yorkshire, their unique holiday day camps give children and young adults an exciting multi activity experience with the chance to enjoy loads of activities like team sports, craft, archery, games, drama and bushcraft to name a few.

As part of your role you will be:
- answering incoming calls and dealing with queries
- responding to emails
- greeting customers face to face
- basic administration duties - filing, photocopying
- maintain accurate and detailed records manually and electronically

Salary of £4.50 - £6.50 depending on age. The wage shown is for £4.50 ph

Future Prospects : This is a fixed term contract for 15 months. A full time, permanent position may be available at the end of the apprenticeship
Training to be Provided : Good or bad customer service can make or break a business. In this day and age organisations recognise the importance of good customer service; and focus on developing this within their workforce.
As a customer service apprentice, you will receive mentoring in the workplace and training from Remit Group to help develop your skills and achieve your Level 2
On successful completion, you will receive:
Level 1 / Level 2 Functional Skills in English & Maths (if required)
Level 2 in Customer Service
Other Information : This is a 15 month fixed term contract.
