Duties & Responsibilities;
- Support the senior team by providing technical support; including answering support queries either onsite or via phone or email
- Learn how to maintain a high degree of customer service for all support queries and adhere to all service management principles
- Become able to take ownership of user problems and be proactive when dealing with user issues
- Assist by logging all calls on the call logging system; whilst ensuring the maintenance of full documentation
- Learn how to respond to enquiries from clients and help them resolve any hardware or software problems
- Maintain a log of any software or hardware problems detected
- Support users in the use of Computer equipment by providing necessary training and advice
- Support by allocating more complex service issues to the relevant IT Support member
- Help to arrange for external technical support where problems cannot be resolved in house
INDIT
Qualifications Required
You'll need to have a minimum 5 GCSE's, grade A-C/8-4 or the Functional Skills Level 2 equivalent including English, maths and ICT.
