This is a brilliant opportunity where you can learn and develop on a variety of skills to correctly provide support within an incredibly diverse and welcoming IT Environment. The Business are proud to have had numerous successful Apprentices' who have gone on to enjoy a career within the IT sector as either a part of their team or as a member of staff for one of their many clients. They are keen to see their next successful Apprentice have the same success story and watch their skill set develop in IT Support.

? Learn how to assist with tech support tickets submitted from colleagues received via email
? Support the team by answering inbound calls regarding IT queries and resolve accordingly or learn how to forward the issue to a supporting team member for further assistance
? Aim to consistently provide an update to colleagues when an IT query may take a duration of time to resolve
? Have the chance to update PC?s with the latest software programmes as and when required
? Assist with installations or configuring new IT equipment
? Support colleagues during busy academic schedules including exams, results day and inset days
? Assist colleagues with maintenance checks and tests

INDIT

Qualifications Required

To be considered, you must have at least 5 GCSE?s graded A*-C or 9-4 or equivalents, including English and maths, or the Functional Skills/Key Skills equivalents

Future Prospects

As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the Apprenticeship you?ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & maths Functional Skills Level 2.

The Business are also offering a full, long term position of employment with them upon successful completion of the Level 3.
