Brief Description

Go Plant currently have a fantastic opportunity for a bright enthusiastic Customer Service Apprentice. Do you have the ability to multi-task in a very busy and dynamic environment? If you think you have what it takes apply within.

Vacancy Detail

The employee will be provided with full training to enable them to effectively deal with potential customer queries. The role is based in a busy office, taking calls and liaising with clients/ customers, the duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Taking calls from customers, clients, suppliers and people from within the office
- Inputting data into our CRM system
- Talking to customers face to face
- Dealing with different garages and customers from a sales point of view, particularly in car parts
- Updating any necessary customers details
- Recording sales
- Reading E-mails and responding correctly about client/ customers enquiries
- General customer service related tasks

Qualifications Required

There are no entry requirements for this role, however the candidate will be asked to complete Maths and English initial assessments in the screening process.
