Roles and Responsibilities:

? Develop your new business pipeline through telephone, email communication and, face-to-face social media engagement to introduce the company's services
? Aim to work and identify appropriate prospects and business needs
? Learn how to build strong relationships with existing customers
? Be able to listen to instruction and take on board information quickly
? Possess an excellent telephone manner, you will have to negotiate with clients
? Demonstrable strong presentation and communication skills
? Support and work closely with the rest of the Sales Team to grow and develop knowledge, support daily activities, provide business updates and forecasts
? Learn how to support and and take the lead on Business projects that look to improve client relationships and grow the business
? Developing and learning how to consistently update and maintain the data accuracy of forecasts and customer data
? Support with problem solving customers queries to help drive best practice and meet customer satisfaction
? Develop skills within the creation, maintenance and implementation of up selling plans when required to meet customers? needs and maximize revenue
? Develop a strong up to date knowledge of Couno?s services portfolio to maximize sales potential

Qualifications Required

Ideally grades A* - C/9-4 in Maths and English or the Functional Skills equivalent

? Willing to learn
? Ability to communicate at all levels
? Enthusiastic and a high attention to detail
? The ability to use your own initiative
? Interest in sales through extracurricular activities, jobs or internships
? Foundational knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system which allows businesses to manage business relationships, data and customer information
