The successful Apprentice will have the chance to work alongside the businesses Award-winning Service Delivery Team, which has been recognized as one of the best in the industry. Not only do they have high standards but they actively like to encourage flexible working and keeping that healthy work life balance. The Apprentice will be able to work through the life-cycle of the customer journey where they'll be taught the skills and knowledge to provide continuity of service to all aspects of the Boxx Communications Help Desk service, including installations, migration projects and more!

Key Responsibilities

Learn how to become the first line of contact for customers seeking technical advice with issues relating to Telephones, Mobiles and UC Communications
Have the chance to learn about being the first point of contact for customers seeking assistance with potential Internet Connectivity issues
Support with remote troubleshooting through the use of diagnostic techniques and asking pertinent questions
Become able to rapidly assess the impact on a business during a potential outage and to seek appropriate escalations if required
Generally help customers with account queries, whilst providing exceptional customer service
Become able to provide customers with information about other products and services, making recommendations to help improve on speeds/performance as and when required
Learn to identify the potential for additional sales and help by providing intelligence to the Sales team.
Learn how to accurately record events in resolutions using logs

Qualifications Required

You need to have at least 5 GCSEs (or equivalent) grade A*-C/9-4 including English, Maths, and ICT.

Skills Required

? Computer Literate, and understand both Microsoft and Mac OS
? Good general understanding (or at least an interest in) Mobile Operating systems, for supporting mobile devices and other tech products

? Ability to use own initiative, to be decisive and take responsibility for own actions
? Self-motivated, honest?and reliable.?
? Empathetic and patient with people who are not equally technical/technically minded

Future Prospects

As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you?ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications at a Level 3 as well as Functional Skills Level 2 in English or Maths, if required.
