Job Roles and Key Responsibilities;

Learn how to drive forward the closure of both renewal or conversion Sales opportunities with HP customers.
Support with problem solving customers queries to help drive best practice and meet customer satisfaction
Develop skills within the creation, maintenance and implementation of up selling plans when required to meet customers needs and maximize revenue.
Learn how to build strong relationships with both internal and external contacts
Develop a strong up to date knowledge of the HP services portfolio to maximize Sales potential
Aim to adhere to all policy and audit requirements.

Qualifications Required

Five GCSEs at grade A/C or 9/4 incl. English & Maths
A Level or equivalent qualifications are also a bonus

Personal Qualities

Team player
Excellent communication skills both written and verbally with a good attention to detail
Good organisational skills and time management as the role will require working on more than one piece of work at a time
Have an enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly personality
Keen to learn and develop on a Career in the Sales Industry

Skills Required

Experience or interest in sales through extracurricular activities, jobs or internships
Foundational knowledge of IT and/or industry solutions, products and services
Interest in Technology or working in a corporate environment
Foundational knowledge in a Customer Relationship Management system which allows businesses to manage business relationships, data and customer information

Future Prospects

As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you?ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as Functional Skills in English & maths, if required.

The company are also offering the possibility of a full, long term position of employment with them upon successful completion of the Level 3 Apprenticeship.
