Qualifications Required : 5 GCSE’s- A*-C ( Level 4 to 9) or the equivalent including English and Maths.

They are looking to expand their team by employing an apprentice to get involved with development tasks, within the software development arena.
Typical roles and responsibilities may include but are not necessarily limited to the following:
As a Junior Software Developer duties will consist of but are not limited to the following;
Have the opportunity to learn about various programming applications; such as - C#, VB.NET & ASP.NET.
Learn how to manage the companies internal CRM system using SQL/MySQL languages
Support with the fixing of development bugs and learn how to run scripts to ensure errors are highlighted
Aim to support with the development of websites and mobile apps, alongside desktop protocols
Work and support alongside the development team to ensure deadlines are met in a time and effective manner, in line with employer expectations
Learn how to ensure the internal CRM is kept up to date and to make amendments where needed.
Aim to help solve customer queries and support with general development tasks.

Working Week : Monday- Friday: 9:00am to 5:30pm
Salary : £187.50 Per Week

Future Prospects : As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you’ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as Functional Skills in English & maths, if required.
The company are also offering the possibility of a full, long term position of employment with them upon successful completion of the Level 3 Apprenticeship.
Training to be Provided : A Software Development Technician is typically part of a team that builds simple software components for web, mobile or desktop applications, as part of larger software development projects. This apprenticeship will help you to interpret design requirements for discrete components of the project, typically implementing code, which other team members have developed, to produce the required component before testing that this component meets its intended functionality.On successful completion, apprentices can apply for entry onto the Register of IT Technicians.
Apprentices must achieve each of the Ofqual-regulated Knowledge Modules, as summarised below.Knowledge Module 1: Software Development Context and Methodologies (for level 3 Software Development Technician)Knowledge Module 2: Programming (for level 3 Software Development Technician)
