Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of our client; GoLibero; an IT business who require an IT Professional Apprentice to help with supporting their executive team. If your looking to get started in the IT sector then this role may be for you!

Vacancy Detail

This is a fantastic opportunity to join an established IT business based in Addiscombe with a small talented team working on various projects. They're seeking an IT Apprentice to assist with ongoing support for their executive team and the successful Apprentice will have the chance to work on a variety of IT based duties; including Website Software's, System Management, Testing IT Systems and a range of other organizational tasks.

They're seeking an Apprentice who is has a fast mind for solving problems, possesses excellent computer skills and a previous experience in typing is also beneficial. Above all their ideal candidate needs to show passion and dedication for this sector and the business.

Main Duties and Responsibilities will include;

Learning how to assist with Bug Tracking Software with a main focus on using Agile, Kanban and Scrum
Aim to develop on skills with a UI/UX testing tool
Learn how to design & build test cases
Support the senior developers with preparing test data
Assist with the organisation of knowledge based articles
Develop skills to assist with writing Software Documentation for Technical Users
Aim to work and assist with multiple projects
Help to organize and maintain the office filing systems
Learn how to manage the accounting systems
Become a part of the team and get involved in the decision-making processes

Skills Required

Experience or Knowledge with Microsoft Operating Systems (Linux optional)
Experience with Microsoft Office Applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel).
Good understanding of mobile application

Good writing skills (for documenting the process)
Strong teamwork skills
Positive 'can do' attitude
