Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of Futuresource Consulting, who specialize in delivering specialist research and consulting services. They're on the lookout for a computer literate individual to join their team as a CRM Assistant

Vacancy Detail

This is a fantastic opportunity to join a business thats' a leading source of data and insight into global electronics and media markets. As a CRM Assistant with them, you'll be responsible for primarily supporting the Marketing Team, ensuring that any new and existing clients have the best customer experience whilst using the Futuresource Client Portal.

It is Futuresource Consultings intention that the following job description is seen as a guide to the major areas and duties for which the Apprentice is accountable. However the Business will change, and the Apprentices' obligations are bound to vary and develop so the following job description and duties may change.

Assist with general Report Dispatch ? sending PDF reports to clients.
Develop on general Technical Supportive duties such as creating client logins, changing passwords and editing accounts.
Aim to be the First Line of Support for setting up Users Accounts and general User Support
Learn how to configure the Futuresource Consulting CRM System and assist in the support of any CRM issues.
Learn about CRM Segmentation ? Aim to create marketing lists based on activity and preferences.
Aim to assist with Licensing Allocation ? Where you'll be providing access for clients to the Businesses portal.
Deal with the overall Sales-force Maintenance ? This may include the updating of products, creating new campaigns, editing fields and layouts.

Qualifications Required

Minimum of 5 GCSE grades between A* - C or 9 - 4 (or the equivalent) are required, including maths, English, and ICT.

Computer Literate
Understanding of CRM systems
An understanding of Salesforce would be an advantage
