Remit Group are recruiting for Dynamic Sales Solutions, a small and tight-knit team dedicated to creating websites that work for their clients. They are looking for a talented individual with a desire to flourish within the Marketing sector and more!

Dynamic Sales is a team of technical and creative individuals with experience within Website Design, Digital Marketing and Graphic Design. They are the sharpest minds to feed brilliant ideas and they have the friendliest support team who are known for providing their clients with a top-class service.
This is a unique opportunity to join Dynamic Sales at a crucial time where they are growing and gaining new customers and clients, its the chance for you to become a key member of their workforce. You'll also have the chance to blend many Digital aspects throughout this role, so their Apprentice needs to be someone who has the tenacity to learn; specifically within Web Development and Graphic Design.
Job Role:
Have the chance to blend many Digital aspects throughout this role; including Marketing, Websites and Graphic Design
You'll be creating video montages and info-graphic videos that are uploaded onto Dynamics website to provide information to their customers.
Have the chance to become involved in the overall design and creation of their customers websites.
You'll be required to update their various Social Media platforms as well as getting involved in other Digital Marketing tasks.
Be included in Dynamics' brainstorming sessions on all new projects so its your chance to input new and creative ideas.
Have to work independently as well as part of the overall team.

Qualifications Required
To be considered, you must have at least 5 GCSEs graded A/C or 8/4 or above, including English and Math's or the Functional Skills/Key Skills equivalents.
Personal Qualities
You'll need to take a great pride in your work and be willing to take on new challenges.
Have a strong desire to grow and learn
You'll need to be creative with good overall prioritizing skills
Ability to work within a team and possess good communication skills
Be organised and highly motivated to excel and succeed.
Skills Required
Experience or Knowledge with the following is beneficial
Previous experiences with Content Writing for Digital Marketing Campaigns as well as a knowledge of .
Familiarity with updating Digital Media platforms and using Marketing Analytics.
An understanding or knowledge with Web Development; such as HTML/JavaScript and CSS
Previous experience/knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite: InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop.
An experience with Video Editing beneficial as well as an understanding/knowledge of Premier Pro
Future Prospects
Required
As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you?ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & Maths Functional Skills Level 2.
The company are also offering a full, long term position of employment with them upon successful completion of the Level 3.
Other Information
From the onset Dynamic Sales Solutions will be paying you just above the apprentice wage, but after a month or so, they will set realistic targets for you to attain. On reaching these targets Dynamic want to reward you with a wage increase during your apprenticeship.
