Brief Description
Remit Group are recruiting on the behalf of our client; Imagile Group; a team of individuals based within the Bristol area. Due to continued expansion they're seeking a technically individual to join them in providing IT Support to all their clients
Vacancy Detail
This is a fantastic opportunity to get started on a long term career within the IT field where the successful Apprentice will have the chance to provide day to day general IT Support to all of Imagile Groups employees.
The Apprentice will have the opportunity to;
Learn how to identify, diagnose and resolve Tier One problems (software and hardware) and communicate solutions to end-users
Aim to provide one-on-one end-user problem resolution over the phone/email/remote desktop for all Imagile Group employees
Assist with configuration and setup of end-user PCs
Assist with mobile phone and tablet (iPhone/iPad) troubleshooting
Aim to carry out password resets and answer other account queries.
Learn how to provide first line support for in-house developed solutions.
Assists Senior members of IT team in creating training materials for end-users ? for example, frequently asked questions, how-to?s, other documentation as required
Undertake such other duties as may reasonably be determined as commensurate with the grade of the post.

Qualifications Required
You need to have at least 5 GCSE's grade A*-C or 9-4 including English, maths and ICT or the equivalent.

Skills Required
The following skills are essential;
Computer related education
Knowledge of desktop operating systems:
Windows 8.1 & 10,
Microsoft Office 365, PC hardware.
Experience of working in a Customer Service role.
Future Prospects
For the ideal candidate, as well as the chance to achieve a nationally recognized Level 3 qualification, they'll also have the chance to work and receive support for Functional Skills Level 2 in English and Maths alongside.
There is also the opportunity for progression within the business upon successful completion of the Level 3.
