Brief Description
AppleGreen operate Service Stations up and down the UK and Remit Group are recruiting on their behalf for Apprentice Site Managers to join their team. Based in Newark NG23 6JE, you will undertake a Team Leader Level 3 Apprenticeship whilst in this role.
Vacancy Detail
This is a fabulous opportunity for someone with some retail or customer service experience and looking to take their first steps into a team leading / management role.
The main responsibility is to manage a service station and forecourt. This will include:
- Delivering excellent customer service
- Driving sales and achieving targets
- Operate within the stringent requirements in place through local and public authorities and in line with health and safety regulations
- Lead the team to ensure they deliver to brand and customer experience standards
- Monitor and understand the financial reporting, taking action where necessary to ensure profitability
- Monitor and maintain stock levels in line with company guidance and planograms
- Complete the Food Training Levels 1+2 and Food Passport where required
This role requires you to have a full, clean driving license and GCSE's grade A-C in Maths and English (or equivalent qualifications),

The salary will be National Minimum Wage for your age: April 2019- 25+ ?8.21, 21-24 ?7.70, 18-20 ?6.15, Under 18 ?4.35.
