Brief Description

Remit Group are recuting on the behalf of our client, 2 Moons Computing; a team of experienced and supportive 3rd Line IT Technicians; due to their continued expansion they're seeking a technically literate individual to join and develop with them!

The Apprentices' roles and responsibilities are the following;

Learn how to become the first point of contact for all incoming help-desk calls
Aim to assist and provide first line help-desk support to any and all of 2 Moons' customers and clients
Attempt to accurately record all relevant technical information regarding the reported issue into the help-desk ticketing system
Assisting with the setting up, maintenance and repair of computer linked/computer related equipment
Help with the collection and delivery of computer equipment to customers
As requested, proactively undertaking any other relevant duties as may be reasonably required by the IT support team
With training and development, reaching the point at which you can be assigned tickets to resolve yourself

INDIT

Qualifications Required

You need to have at least 5 GCSE's grade A/C or 9/4 including English, maths and ICT or the equivalent

Skills Required

A base understanding of the fundamentals in IT
Customer Service skills or an understanding of them is essential

Future Prospects

As well as the chance to receive full on the job training throughout, by the end of the apprenticeship you?ll have gained nationally accredited qualifications as well as English & maths Functional Skills Level 2.

The company also aim to offer the apprentice a permanent role at the end of the training (subject to successfully completing course and objectives).
